Cedro Consult was founded in 2025 by Jan van Tol.
Jan has worked at various Ministries in the Netherlands on balanced risk policy decisions, in the capacity of policy coordinator and program manager.
Jan's connective and innovative approach has been acclaimed by academics, political administrators, and policy makers. Jan has given guest lectures at various Dutch universities, and he has acted as speaker or panel member at international events organised by, among others, OECD and the World Bank.
